Man Punches Carmel Neighbor In Face, Police Say

A 25-year-old Carmel man ended up in jail following a physical dispute with his neighbor, according to Carmel police.

Frankie McCooey, 25, was arrested on last month after police determined that McCooey had punched his neighbor several times in the face, resulting in physical injury, police said.

He was arraigned by a judge and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash/bond.
